Lovely food and fantastic service from the staff. This was a rare night out for us and I really can't fault the experience. Cocktails are really good too especially the light version of a Pina Colada!

I was disappointed with the Christmas Dinner experience at this restaurant. The service felt rushed, the food was not up to par, and we weren't even greeted with a "Merry Christmas" upon arrival. 5 star all the way for this place. Birthday meal or special occasions are perfect for a visit. Cocktails are delicious, starters were also tasty, and the main attraction being the steak, had so many options to choose from. All came out quick, nothing too much trouble for the server that we had, she was an absolute asset to our dining experience ! :

I’m going to be honest me and my partner were particularly disappointed. First time at miller and carter and I ordered a burger and he ordered the steak. My burger was in a white roll not a brioche bun. With a measly piece of bacon and cheap tasting cheese. I’ve been to many restaurants of miller and carters price range and up. And the burger in here was really very basic and just your basic home cooked BBQ burger tbh. Neither of us tasted quality at all. Tasted like pretty standard food claiming to be finest. I didnt complain as I don’t do that (anxiety thing) it was edible but just disappointing. Wouldn’t go again.

My husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at M&C. The staff were incredibly attentive, but not overly intrusive. We opted for the Showcase Menu and enjoyed cauliflower wings for me and an avocado prawn starter for my wife. While the avocado dish was a bit lacking in avocado, it was still tasty. For our mains, we both had fillet and ribeye steaks, which were perfectly cooked and delicious. The beef dripping sauce was a fantastic accompaniment. For dessert, we had lemon cheesecake and banoffee pie, both of which were amazing. The staff even surprised us with complimentary fizz and a 25th anniversary board with chocolate sauce (see photo).
