Mint Leaf - Menu

We often order food for delivery and it's usually very good. Tonight, everything was particularly delicious.

We always have a lovely meal at Mint Leaf. The food is great and the staff are really friendly. I would highly recommend it.

My choice for Indian in Dronfield. Lots of veggie options/sides which make a nice main meal. Friendly staff and nice restaurant/normally busy with a nice atmosphere.

Shame food is always great, but the restaurant was cold, when I mentioned it I was met with an abrasive response, they only needed to empathise. Still will be good for a takeaway

Went with my husband on Monday night , what a disappointment all the food was cold so we sent it back waited for the meals to be brought back ,no apologies from the management who kept their head down the food did come back a...lot hotter but the naan bread was very undercooked and was inedible, won't be returning

We were a party of We were put in a separate area at two horseshoe shaped tables each sitting They were so far apart we immediately became two parties of and as we could not possibly hold any sort of conversation...with the other table. When it came to ordering we emphasised that we wanted separate itemised bills. My meal was excellent so the food is not a problem. When the bills arrived, one bill was for the table of the other was for the table of but this bill just had one large sum for all the drinks from both tables. When we asked for the drinks to be itemised staff were far from happy and the whole paying part of the evening turned into a bit of a farce.

We ordered a takeaway on the phone, as usual, we’ve had many many takeaways from here before, and spent a lot of money here. I collected my takeaway, went home and found my meal wasn’t in the bag with the rest of the food. I...called up to say I was missing a meal, after waiting for a while I was told to come back and collect it, the rest of the food was cold also, so I said I will come back with all the food as it’s cold, and I’ll just have a refund. After been told he’d gone to get the manager, he came back on the phone and said “alright come back then” I went to give my food back and what I presume was the manager said nothing to me, not an apology or anything, he just took my card off me...

This restaurant is only a couple miles away from us and we were worried that things might have changed since our last visit a couple years ago. If it did change it changed for the better. The staff were very attentive and even searched for...and played some music that I wanted. We had some excellent poppadoms with the usual amazing pickles- some of which I still can't explain or understand- (and I am Indian then some lovely mixed pakoras that were hot, crisp and light- not the usual heavy stuff that makes you filled before your main meal- we went on to have king prawn curry and some amazing chicken with garlic nan, paratha, rice and sag paneer. This is the first and possibly the last visit to mint leaf. We have read and heard of great reviews about this place and I for one was disappointed. Giving the benefit of doubt first, it was New Year’s Eve so I totally understand the...demand of service to customers however, and it is a big however. I called to book a table a few days before and they made it sound like it was full. They game me options to book in so I took the later one. I left my name so we knew it was a concrete booking. On arrival, no name was asked by the doorman, he just shoved us on the waiting sofa starring at people eating food which felt uncomfortable anyway.
