"We ordered a steak tartar classic and two Bratwurst with Rösti. Never eaten such a bad prepared steak tartar. The meat was just sweet and otherwise no taste, everything was missing and this for 41 Swiss francs. The sausage Bratwurst was not good, too firm and little taste and the Rösti was crispy but the inside overcooked and tasteless. Definitely this experience was not good at all only expensive. Also the ambiance of the restaurant was old fashioned totally outdated, needs desperately a renovation and the service staff it very professional and friendly. We will never return to this restaurant again. Waste of money and time."

Wenn das Essen dann irgendeinmal kommt, obwohl das Restaurant nicht voll gefüllt ist, ist es gut bis sehr gut. Sonst lässt es zu wünschen übrig....

Food was good, prices not too bad for Lucerne. Wait staff was busy, but friendly. Salad bar was fresh and offered variety. We were too full to have dessert but it looked good!

Die Chicken-Wings sind gut gemacht. Dieses Angebot stimmt! Die Lage ist hervorragend. Atmosphäre und Service sind jedoch unterirdisch. Gastfreundschaft ein Fremdwort. Der Kunde ist definitiv nicht König. Das schlimmste, die Truppe ist schlichtweg Veränderungsresistent! 2. Chance auch verbockt. Wings gibt anderswo auch, keine Geschäftsessen und Anlässe mehr im "Mövenpick"!

Wir waren richtig enttäuscht von dem Restaurant!Teller wird abgeräumt obwohl man noch am essen ist. Servicechefin hat sich einfach hinter und gesetzt und "gechillt" weil Sie gerade Ihre Motivation zuhause gelassen hat. Man wurde nicht begrüsst und die Bestellung wurde falsch aufgenommen von einer Dame mit roten Haaren. Das Essen war jedoch sehr gut und die Köche waren immer am lächeln!!
