The Mole Inn - Piatti

One of the best roast beef I've had. Really tender and flavourful. The pate was really tasty as well. Would definitely be coming back to try out other dishes on their menu.

Beautiful, cosy gastropub with the welcome aroma of woodsmoke from an open fire greeting you at the entrance. My meal was very rich and delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Oh... and the garden looks beautiful.

Lovely place to visit, with very good indoor and outdoor seating. Service was quick accurate. Staff very pleasant. Rather poor choice of ales on handpump, only saw Hooky. I thought the food was very well done, but rather expensive for fairly small portions. Visualizza piatti

Good quality good. Went here for a birthday lunch. We pre-booked a table for 2pm and pre-ordered off the menu. On arrival we were informed the table was not available and the menus had changed. Other than all that it’s a great place. Lots of parking available and a beer garden area too.

Not since the pandemic here, the General Manager Jack is such a nice guy, very attentive and welcome as Alex the Barmann. I had muscles for beginners in a spicy tomato sauce, not exactly what I use, but it was delicious. Had fish and three cooked chips delicious. Not cheap, but the price highly recommended I return

Great food, lovely atmosphere and even better are the wonderful staff! Booked at taxi at 9.20pm which didn’t show up and had no way of getting home safely. Staff very kindly phoned and helped book another taxi and let us sit inside so that we weren’t cold, despite the fact that they were closing up. We stopped by this afternoon on our way to Heathrow and decided to explore a place to eat after getting off the motorway. Following the “brown sign” led us here, and we were very pleased with our decision. We arrived just a few minutes after ordering lunch, but they were more than happy to take our order anyway. The food was excellent, and we enjoyed our meal in the beautiful and well-maintained garden. The staff were friendly and attentive. We will definitely remember this place for our next visit to the area!

When I heard the positive reputation that The Mole Inn had acquired over his years of service, I was pleased to know that I would attend this last weekend for my partner mother's birthday party. The restaurant offers a warm, friendly personality with a more than pleasant atmosphere that is thrilled by the delicious and creative menu on offer. After our meal we enjoyed a friendly conversation with the landlord/manager. Our party left the Mole Inn with nothing but positive comments and talks about our experience and the quality of the meals and service offered. I myself, would recommend this facility for each individual, couple or party looking for a pleasant experience with high-quality food,...

Wow, what an amazing find! I'm reluctantly writing this as I want to keep this gem to myself. The food was delicious (sorry, no photos as I was starving , perfect portions and beautifully presented. I had a nut roast and it was divine, none of this mushy, squashed squares one usually gets but actual texture. Rustic, crumbly, well seasoned with actual chunks of nuts in it all on a bed of yummy greens. It was real food and a real delight to eat! Staff were lovely too, friendly, chilled and at ease. Didn't feel rushed or made to feel awkward considering I'd already had to alter the booking and was then 30 mins late.
