Wow what level of service spectacular as Always, very friendly and food taste another level highly Recomend to come here

Food not as great as expected, luke warm and sloppy, meat wasn't as tender as should be and the toilets are an absolute disgrace.

We went to Mughals on our first trip to Bradford and loved the food. Quantity was good and we enjoyed it. Will come again God willing.

The service was excellent, and the food was very good. Despite being busy, we were still treated with great care and attention during our meal.

We ordered our desi breakfast and teas. We waited 45 minutes to find out that our order hadn’t been processed even though people that came before us were served.

This was our second visit to this small but a lovely restaurant..Anees served us promptly and food as before was excellent. We enjoyed Nihari with tandoor roti and it was delicious. We would definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Bradford.

Kamran was attentive and polite, going above and beyond to assist us. The milkshakes we ordered were rich and delicious. The portion size of the chocolate cake was so generous that even two teenage boys couldn't finish it! We will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

I had a terrible experience with Mughals on Uber Eats. I placed an order that I wanted to cancel shortly after 7pm on November 1st. I tried to add something to the order and place a new one, but the man I spoke to seemed hesitant and eventually canceled the original order. However, I was charged twice for the same order and when I tried to get a refund, Mughals said they couldn't because they had already prepared the food. The customer service from both Mughals and Uber Eats was disappointing, with no resolution to my issue. I will not be using Uber Eats or ordering from Mughals for delivery ever again. As someone who works in the NHS and puts in long hours, it was frustrating to be treated...
