"I have been in this branch several times and to my surprise, they served me chicken that was ridiculously very small. I used to order the same and it wasn’t like that. I don’t mind paying more for the same consistent portion but this one is off! Service: This branch isn’t busy but the staff who looked after the seats were very reluctant to serve customers at all! Took me 5 minutes to get a seat in an almost empty branch (3 groups were only eating). Took 30 minutes to serve my dessert despite follow-up. I will never be back in this branch again. Lazy customer-facing staff!"

This one is by far the best Nando’s. We had dinner with our 3 young kids and Ivan was so welcoming and friendly. His service was flawless. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience at Nando’s on Croydon High Street. Kaylin was amazing—she was incredibly friendly and polite. I have allergies, and she took great care to accommodate them. The food was delicious, and the entire team provided excellent service.
