excellent Japanese restaurant. gyoza, eel sushi and okonomiyaki as when I was in osaka. My only regret is not to be aix to return. I recommend it to anyone who wants to taste the true Japanese flavors. Sushi is a compact rice brick with a piece of fish. there if you take the whole sushi in the mouth, it will melt in the mouth without you having to crush it or chew it. This is a real sushi and it is extremely rare in france.

I was very disappointed in the sight of the reputation and being accustomed to the ramens. the quality corresponded to an instant bag that would have been improved with a good meat. Unfortunately the broth was not up to the height either, being too salty and missing taste. the egg was too cooked, away from the tamago preparation that is expected for this dish. But maybe it was wanted, if I go back, it would be to try their okonomiyaki. but I do not recommend the current ramen.
