Un restaurante diferente con un concepto muy interesante, y todo el mejor trato desde sala hasta cocina, y hasta del chef, Paco mórales, bastante sorprendente, productazo y muy equilibrado el menu! Bravo! Volvere

Menú degustación exquisito con un maridaje muy pensado. Detalles de cuberteria, vajilla,música ambiente,servicio cuidados al extremo. Su chef Paco Morales me resultó una persona agradable y cercana . Servicial en todo momento. Recomendable 100%.

Uno de los proyectos gastronómicos más interesante abierto en los últimos años Noor tal vez sea único en su discurso , Sobre bases históricas ,Paco Morales , ha construido un discurso gastronómico muy sólido , con mucha base y donde el chef pone toda su técnica al servicio de la satisfacción del cliente

In the end everything works based on expectations. After going to many Michelin star restaurants, it may not be so easy to be surprised, and although Noor 's proposal is not bad there is nothing that stands out. By parts: the setting is cold: room without natural light with little charm. The robotic and not very close service: very young people reciting in a serious and theatrical way dishes that they don 't know what they are (I asked a waitress for one of the ingredients and she admitted that she didn 't know what it was), and the food...
