"This lovely restaurant was recommended by the owners of our lovely guest house just down the road from this place.I rang Wednesday afternoon they had a table for us Wednesday evening. They do a 3 course evening meal with a glass of wine for £32:50 each. There is a choice of starters, main courses desserts, you also get a small white brown Bread roll(which is homemade) just lovely. The food was delicious we enjoyed every course,I am fussy with steaks but the rib eye steak was really tasty cooked just how I’d asked, really tasty. There is no rush either when we wanted a rest before our puddings.Service was excellent especially the older gentleman whom works in there, what a lovely gentleman he is.Excellent service, divine food.We enjoyed it so much that we booked again for Thursday evening again was lovely. This place is just across the road from the pier.Probably the best place to eat in Llandudno, excellent value for money.Didn’t take too many photos as we were too busy enjoying our food.My only criticism is that on our 1st evening there was no music playing which would of been nice. Will definitely visit when in Llandudno again."

A fixed price menu including a small carafe of wine inelegant surroundings with good service and decent food. A beautiful sitting room and bar to enjoy before or after dinner. Love it.

This is our favourite eating place when visiting Llandudno and it never fails. Food is always delicious and well presented thanks to the chefs and the service from Steve and Peter is much appreciated. Well done.

We had the set menu, three courses and a glass of wine for £32.50. It was extremely good value for money, very attentive staff in beautiful surroundings. Starters and desserts are of a chilled, pre-prepared nature. My starter was tasty and well presented. Both our main meals, lamb shank and salmon, were quality meat and good sizes with delicious sides. I had the Stilton and port terrine for desert which was a very insipid colour, with the bare minimum of crackers/gapes/celery, however the flavour of the terrine was very good. I would return and try different items. Visualizza piatti

We went to the Osbourne Hotel for my Birthday dinner as we always stay at the Empire Hotel which is the sister hotel owned by the same family. This Victoria Hotel is the beautiful decor, It is opulent in every way. The seating has a large conservatory all tables and chairs are decorated in white linen. The menu is similar to the Empire hotel Many choices with a 3-course dinner and a carafe of wine. For those who do not drink alcohol fruit juice is offered.. The service was excellent. Very organised hotel. After dinner we sat in the lounge and tea or coffee was in the price of £32.50p. Excellent evening for couples who want a romantic evening. The ambience was perfect.

So firstly, we tried to book and were given options of 4.45pm and 8.30pm. We opted for the earlier one but had queried if they had other times but were told no We got there, door was closed and said only opened at 5pm. Rang them and they let us in (but why the super early start). No other guests came in until 5.30 and by the time we left, no one else had been seated? So could have had a different time? The surroundings are very nice but the food doesn’t match the decor The price for what we got was fine but the quality of warm bread was a bit basic, the pate was served with what seemed like warburtons bread and lacked flavour, the main was weird steak was very mediocre, the chips were nice b...

"Whenever I get the inclination to write a review it’s usually because it’s so good and I want to shout about my experience to everyone… however this is not my usual 5* recommendation! As locals we have visited this cafe on a few occasions for breakfast or a coffee stop. It’s a great location, nice decor, dog friendly and delicious food. What’s not to like? Well, the staff, or more specifically the owner! She lacks any customer service skills, she smiles through gritted teeth, orders her staff around while she stands observing (or waiting for an argument . Each time we’ve visited she’s had an issue with something. Once she argued with me because I asked for my latte to be served in a cup rather than a tall glass. She proceeded to try and educate me on coffee making (I’m barista trained ! She reluctantly gave me it to me in a mug with a jug of extra milk which wouldn’t fit into the mug anyway! More recently we arrived, it was quiet, and chose to sit in the window (the largest table as we had our dog and didn’t want him to be in the way. She rushed over and demanded we sat at another table because she “couldn’t afford for us to take up a larger table”. We moved without an issue but she was very confrontational (as always and made the rest of our dining experience uncomfortable. So uncomfortable in fact that despite being ravenous we almost didn’t order. The cafe remained quiet throughout our time there, plenty of empty tables and yet she proceeded to use the larger window table to accommodate her staff, herself and a friend who popped in. How is that fair? So my advice to you as a fellow catering/ hospitality manager is… Learn from your Trip Advisor feedback, Book yourself on a free customer service course and lead by example and if you are worried about costs reduce the number of staff. 5 staff on duty in a cafe that seats approx 25 people at full capacity is not needed. Maybe the owner should put her feet up at home and let the lovely younger people do their thing. They all look so nervous around her and are almost too afraid to speak. I’m sure they’d do a far better job without her monitoring their every move. Even the Chef (her husband maybe? looks petrified of her!! Certain people are not cut out for customer facing roles and she is one of them! I’m pretty sure she doesn’t read any of these reviews as she’s been like this since my first visit 5 years ago!! What a shame. This place could be a thriving business and a welcoming village cafe but I’m sure her confrontational attitude and unwelcoming nature put people off from returning. Such a shame as the food and coffee are delightful"
