"Awful experience Service was dreadful. Staff looked like they didn 't want to be there, and so did the customers! It 's gone so downhill here it used to be such a lovely place for food with friends and family. Don 't know what 's happened but the new manager is clearly useless. Food was inedible, after waiting over an hour! Dirty tables all around us not bring cleaned glasses and plates just left for ages. Won 't be returning and advise anyone at looking to eat here not too!!! Go to the Quays instead, much better!!!"

This is now our favourite place for a carvery. Great meal once again and everything hot and fresh on a Sunday evening. Stayed chatting to friends for 3 hours and no one rushed us to move on. Went for Christmas dinner. Excellent! All the food was really nice and everything on the carvery was fresh. Friendly staff, efficient service and a pleasant, fun but not too noisy atmosphere.
