"Paul Bocuse is no longer there but his restaurant remains an exceptional address, where his cuisine is reinvented but respected, just as is the choice of products. It's not easy to succeed in a tutelary shadow and it will take a little more time and adjustment to achieve it. The gargantuesque side has disappeared, the map including signature dishes is more seasonalized. Small settings are necessary on the beverage service to avoid that glasses (water and wine) remain empty and ke dessert wagon, with an elegant setting of desserts on the part, makes it less dreaming than Mr. Paul's trolley. But there are always simple things to transcend the palate as this reduction of eschalote with vinegar and white wine in the mimosa scale eggs. An impeccable lobster of outfit, beautifully revisited quenelles in double layer, a small taste of Noilly or Champagne with cream, short the simplicity at the service of excellence."

"The food did not leave me with the wow factor I had anticipated. Thankfully, the service provided by Enzo, our server, played a crucial role in salvaging the evening. Starting with the food, the dishes were prepared adequately, but they lacked that extra touch to make them truly outstanding. The flavors were pleasant, but nothing stood out as exceptional or memorable. While the quality was excellent . it unfortunately failed to leave a lasting impression. On the other hand, the service provided by Enzo was a saving grace. From the moment I arrived, he greeted us warmly and attentively catered to our needs throughout the evening. Enzo 's knowledge of the menu and his ability to provide detailed explanations and recommendations made the dining experience more enjoyable. He was attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction. Enzo 's impeccable service truly turned an otherwise average dinner into a memorable pleasant affair. He is a true gem of the restaurant. However, I must express my disappointment with the wine pairings. Given the expectation of a well-curated selection, I found the choices to be underwhelming. The pairings did not enhance the flavors of the dishes or contribute to an elevated dining experience. It felt as though the wine selection was an afterthought rather than a carefully considered component of the meal. As a wine enthusiast, I had hoped for a more inspired and thoughtful approach to the pairing process."
