Pho The City - Menu

Dined here this evening with two friends and a young baby. All the staff were very accommodating, but the manageress was outstanding. Taking time to explain, give extra napkins for the baby and generally being a lovely person. Really enjoyed our evening. Will definitely be returning!

A lovely evening Pho. Airy and Comfortable. Delicious Tasty Salads. Pho full of flavour, just warmed the belly nicely. Food came piping hot, fast and well presented and full of flavours. Lots of sauce on the table to choose for. Also a full page of vegan menu adn children's menu. Great for all food preference. More Street Food style but that;s the best thing to eat.

We had a wonderful family meal at this restaurant, with attentive and friendly service from the staff. Although the drinks were a bit slow to arrive, the food was excellent. My only complaint is that the age range options on the service questionnaire only go up to 50+. Come on, guys, there are plenty of people over 50 who enjoy dining out too! Despite this, we had a great meal and overall experience. Thank you.

Service was good Meal was ok ish, Starters and Pho all delivered at the same time and non of which were particularly hot. It was a busy lunchtime and I suspect everything was put together/prepared in advance of people’s orders, meaning our duck spring rolls were tepid and “soft” Prawn Pho was warm and a little bit tasteless. I would try again if in the area, but would make sure the dishes weren’t all delivered at once.

I had a disappointing meal at Pho St Paul's. We ordered noodles and they arrived quickly, but the broth was only warm instead of hot. This resulted in a lukewarm and bland soup once we reached the middle of it. No one checked in on us during our meal, and even after sending a complaint email directly to Pho, we never received a response. The customer service was very poor, so I will be sticking to Wagamamas in the future.

Hax a family meal with my wife and kid and the staff were very attentive. We ordered which the wok fried noodles and the Pho Cin which was reasonable but could be better and cooked with more fragrant flavours and spices. The noodles were quite bland so i drowned them in chilli oil and Siracha sauce, this nearly burned my mouth off but i needed some flavour on the chicken and noodles. I did enjoy the crispy chicken wings and spring rolls wrapped in lettuce. Perfect restaurant for a casual meal and the staff were great, top marks for the team, but food needs improvement.

We popped in for lunch Were seated quite quickly Ordered some spring rolls and fresh juices And a rice dish with meat and noodle dish with king prawn Stater arrived quite quickly Was very nice well cooked crispy and had a couple of dips This was followed by the main course. We still had our plates and starters on the table and the server tried to put them almost on top of the dirty plates even though there was no room and run off. We aske him to remove the plates he said 'that 's not my job ' and reluctantly took them Mains were excellent very fragrant fresh and tasty. Added some chilli to spice them up but still very nice. Service just spoiled it.....

Visited here recently as part of a birthday celebration, and needless to say, I shall not be celebrating the service here anytime soon. The waiting staff were unfortunately standoffish at best, and seemed irked by any minor request. One of the dishes came much later than the rest, with no apology, additional tap water was requested and yet never delivered, and a beer also not delivered which was requested, leading me to request from the front of house (which, in my opinion should've been complimentary given the inconvenience). None of these things in isolation would be that large a problem, but the overarching demeanor of the staff really dampened the experience, and I'm sorry to say, unfort...

We had an early dinner, around 5:30pm on a weekday, and the restaurant was practically empty. But after seating us, the wait staff took forever to take our orders. They seemed more interested in chatting with each other, even though I tried several times to catch their attention first by looking at them (which is usually sufficient in most restaurants) and then by waving my hand (several times). They did come around while we were eating whether we needed something else, but oddly they did not ask how the food was; I would have told the truth: it was a letdown.
