Amuses bouches Assiettes très belles et généreuses Entrée Homard mariné au gingembre, fenouil, tomates confites, sesame. Léger et délicieux Tarte escargots, niçoise courgettes et céleri. Très bonne, pas trop marquée. Plats. Omble chevalier rôti et croûte d’herbes, risotto chorizo et coulis poivrons.
