"My father-in-law has spent the last 40 summers in List and has been eating at Bernie Hanssen's (hope I spelled his name right) Koenigshafen when his father cooked/ran the restaurant. Now Bernie's daughter runs it on a day-to-day basis. So to say family owned and run doesn't do justice here. Koenigshafen is a Sylt mainstay. Food's great. Typical north German fare--FISH. But they also have "Sylt Deich-Lamm" and other traditional food. Very cozy. If you are in List you must eat here."

"Uncomplicated, tasty dishes presented in an appealing way. Appropriate art well presented, including the back of the seagull: careful handling of the corona situation, friendly service. Kitchen a bit slow in relation to the time that was scheduled for “our shift”. Less than minutes for the main course is a bit hectic, but overall a pleasant time in a nice atmosphere. Gladly again"

"For me personally, that by far best hotel with feel-good character and recreation factor on the island. The wellness and spa area in this hotel is unique. Whether you want to take a whole week holiday with the family or just take a short time off and recharge your batteries... Everyone gets what he needs. The reception on arrival is extremely attentive and here the Arosa scores with friendly staff and the absolute holiday feeling. From the first second... We've been to Sylt a lot but the first time in Arosa. The Sylt holiday has thus received a completely new level of recovery. Whether it's the breakfast buffet, the hotel lobby, the bar, the wellness area or the rooms... all great! The Arosa is and remains the point of contact. If you stay in one of the six different saunas in the evening and then swim outside in the illuminated and 28 degree heated pool and listen to the sea noise, you will get the rest you need. The evening buffet is at a level like a 5-star restaurant and the bar has definitely the same level with a piano player and a pleasant lounge decor. The staff and the entire staff are nice. This is where people are recovered and friendly.5 stars... to the Arosa in List on Sylt...!"
