"Brought my son and his friends to pizza express for a birthday treat. Service ridiculously slow, waiting staff taking orders and not delivering the food. Other staff taking orders after a long wait. Constant stream of delivery drivers collecting food and leaving the door open making the restaurant freezing cold for the customers. It’s obvious Deliveroo and just eat take priority over customers dining in. We just cancelled our dessert order and left. Go to ASK next door, probably better experience."
