Pizza Hut - Piatti

I went in there with a friend last night at 8PM and was told that we could only order takeaway despite loads of tables being available. How can a place like this in the middle of London in the early evening, bustling with tourists and...office workers be closed for table service?

we came to pizza hut without reservation, and we were told we had to wait because there were no tables available, which was good. we had to wait about 30 minutes because there were people waiting for us. we got a table under 20 minutes and we ordered. salatbar was amazing. the pizza was made fast and really well tasted. overall were pizza and salatbar amazing, and the personal was really nice and friendly. would they visit again.

The chicken wings I ordered were overcooked, and I struggled to eat them. I only managed to eat two before giving up on the third. The fries were also not to my liking, so we decided to leave. The total bill came to £32, and the waiter didn't ask if everything was alright, simply bringing the payment machine for us to settle the bill. Surprisingly, he didn't ask if we wanted to leave a tip either. Ultimately, we decided to move on to another restaurant that offered a much better dining experience. Visualizza piatti

We arrived on time having booked a table and no tables were available. We were the. Seated downstairs. There was no one else seated down there. We ordered and the drinks arrived. We were told the salad bar downstairs was closed so we would have...to walk upstairs to get salad. Kids had refill drinks again which were located upstairs. After the food arrived we were left and basically ignored for the night. We wanted to pay but no one arrived. We eventually had to find the waiter and we’re told they were busy upstairs! I bet they would have found time for us if we had started to leave before paying the bill. Poor customer service !

After watching Pretty Woman at the beach, my party of four headed to a restaurant where we were promptly seated at a clean table. Despite the bustling crowd, our pizzas and drinks were delivered quickly by our waitress. Unfortunately, she neglected to mention that I had to refill my own drink or where to find the salad bowls. We only discovered this when another customer retrieved his salad. The salads were fresh and delicious, as were the four unique pizzas we ordered. While the service was efficient, it lacked warmth and friendliness. Overall, the experience would have been perfect with better customer service. I would have given five stars.

Awful service. Even as you walked in staff ignored customers like they didn't want us to be there! Our server just said we had to order by the ap and walked off! He never came over again to even check if food ok. We saw...others being served rather than using ap! Lady who brought out pizzas said she wasn't sure if they were our even though we had ordered with our table number and table had number on? We had to ask for our drinks too. Gave a 2 as pizza was nice. Toilets disgusting! Flooded across floor. Looked at when last been seen on sign on door and only been checked once at 3pm and it was 7pm!! Just Awful. Chaotic restaurant. Queued at the 'wait here ' sign for ten minutes. Not even acknowledged by the waiting staff, no hello nothing. The restaurant looked half empty but many tables hadn 't been cleared from the previous diners. Another couple arrived, pushed to the front of the...waiting diners and were immediately served, a gentleman did explain to the staff that the couple had jumped the queue but was met by a wall of indifference. When my partner spoke to the member of staff she was told it was fine and when pressed about the couple pushing in the member of staff trotted out the quality answer So what . As you would probably agree customer service of the highest order. Obviously we didn 't...

I have visited many pizza huts and this is the worst I've ever been to. I would expect that with a central London location, the staff would be capable of running a busy restaurant. Apparently not. There were so many tables around us that were...not cleaned for a loooong time and there was a long queue forming for people to be seated. I wouldn't say you could blame this on a lack of staff as there were many people milling around. The food was alright but you can't go far wrong with pizza hut. We were going to stay for dessert but we were sat near to the ever growing queue of people waiting to be sat and felt very claustrophobic so didn't bother. We then had to fight our way out past said queu...

On entering, we were ignored for a good 20 minutes, as had the couple in front of us. We could clearly see that there were empty tables which hadn't been cleared. Nobody greeted us or reassured us that they were even aware of us. Once...seated, we waited another 20 minutes before anyone took our order. I took my daughter to the toilet at this point and found that somebody had vomited their pizza into the sink...the bathroom had not been cleaned or checked since the previous afternoon. I quickly lost my appetite but was careful to ensure my daughter didn't see the mess. On returning to the table, our glasses still hadn't been delivered to our table so I had to go and ask for them.
