Pizza Hut - Menu

The lady that served us was great. She was busy but still served with a smile and made the difference between a normal visit and a great visit. Didnt catch her name but seemed to be only person working in the restaurant.

Came on a government 'eat out to help out day ' without a booking but were found a table. Corona virus procedures and online ordering system were explained by the lovely guy who sat us... From there on service was quite poor we felt a little ignored. Food was okay and average value.

Called to order 2 Large Pizza's whilst using the 241 Meerkat. Got put on hold twice to order to generic pizza's. I am extremely disappointed when I called I was told with meerkat you are only able to order Individual pizza's. I would have just gone to Domino's if I wasn't going to actually get 241

Homeless couple are using the place to keep warm and fed. They are drinking bottles of rum and rolling up joints. They smell too. I have complained but the manager has done nothing. I am sorry that they are homeless but this is not the place for them as children are having to out up with their swearing and rowing.

Sunday early evening we were feeling peckish so went here Service was okay Texas thingy pizza tastes awful, a bit like bbq sauce on pizza base. I did not bother with the salad bar because of customers children constantly playing in it without supervision or staff intervention for health reasons at the very least. Will not be eating there again..

The service was a bit slow and the glasses for refills and some salad bowls were dirty. The starters were good, but the stuffed crust pizza had a very thin base, causing all the toppings to fall off when picked up. The crust was bubbled and doughy. However, my wife's and child's food looked good. The restaurant was clean, but the prices were a bit high, although we were able to use a Meerkat Meals code.

Despite the restaurant being very busy, we could see Rebecca working tirelessly to take care of our table. She was extremely attentive, warm, helpful, and made sure all our accessibility needs were addressed. The staff at this branch, including the hardworking Sam, are professional and welcoming. The food is hot, fresh, and well-made, with a varied menu that's well-known to the team. Despite the lunch rush, buffet items are constantly replenished and takeaway items are given equal attention. Overall, the excellent service and delicious food make this restaurant highly recommended.

There are few Pizza Hut restaurants remaining, and the ones that are left feel outdated. The food is decent, but the gluten-free options are better at Pizza Express. Unfortunately, there wasn't a Pizza Express in the town I visited. However, the food here is not bad, and the service was good and friendly. Ordering online is easy - you simply select your items, pay, and add your table number for delivery. I ordered a variety of starters, including chicken wings, a green salad, and potato salad, which came with free tortilla chips. While it's not gourmet cuisine, it was satisfying. We visited for lunch on a weekday, using the discount code offered by a certain insurance company who uses cute rodents in their advertising. We explained this to the staff, who initially struggled to describe to us how we could use the discount, but we got there in the end. We haven't been into a Pizza Hut for about 20 years and very little seemed to have changed really, not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing! The salad bar is still there, as is the ice cream factory, which our children used to love when they were small.
