"We wanted to eat at the restaurant with the whole family. While we waited for the food, we had a yesss with the kids. The innkeeper forbade us. It would be better if we had a game on smartphones. That would be allowed. We were allowed to do this throughout the entire ski area. It's a shame about the friendly staff."

"Wir waren innerhalb zweier Monate zweimal dort. Beim ersten Mal hatte ich Pizza. Diese war uninspiriert der Teig für meinen Geschmack zu dick, der Belag zu fad (der Griff zum Salzstreuer half). Der Salat davor schwamm in Fertigsauce. Der Service blieb nicht besonders in Erinnerung, ausser dass wir ewig warten mussten, bis uns unser Platz gezeigt wurde. Beim zweiten Mal war nur die kleine Karte im Angebot weil wir zu spät für das Mittagessen waren. Meine Spaghetti Napoli waren die Katastrophe. Knapp verkochte Nudeln an Tomatenpürree und dazu Reibkäse aus dem Streuer. Die Teller der Kinder waren auch nicht viel besser ausser vielleicht die Chicken Nuggets. Schade auch eine kleine Karte dürfte gluschtiger sein und vor allem auch besser gekocht. Nichts war ungeniessbar, aber alles irgendwie herzlos zubereitet, genau so als müsste man sich nicht mehr anstrengen. War wohl der letzte Besuch."

"Reservamos el día anterior por un tiempo en Uja Traube y no nos decepcionó.Cuando llegamos, el personal verificó dos veces que habíamos desinfectado, y las mesas parecían estar lo suficientemente separadas, lo cual es reconfortante en la época de Covid. El interior está decorado de forma pintoresca en lo que parece ser un estilo muy tradicional de Engadin.El menú es muy estilístico (un poco difícil de leer) y la comida parecía ser especialidades de Engadin. Creo que teníamos el menú de cuatro platos y cada plato se presentó con elegancia y estaba delicioso. El criterio que tengo para una buena comida de restaurante es que no debería poder recrearla fácilmente en casa, y Uja Traube encajaba en ese proyecto.Lo que realmente hizo que la comida fuera memorable fue el gran miembro del personal que se tomó el tiempo para charlar con nosotros y hacernos sentir como en casa. Ayudó que fuéramos expatriados australianos y ella había pasado algún tiempo en Australia y realmente le encantó. También nos dimos cuenta de que muchos de los cocineros meseros en Scuol son expatriados, de todo el mundo, que habían estado más o menos atrapados en Suiza por Corona, como nosotros."

"Sehr leckeres Restaurant und für Schweizerrestaurant angemessene Preise. Wir hatten jeweils eine Pizza und waren zu viert. Wir haben untereinander ein Stück getauscht da jeder von uns eine andere Pizza hatte. Jede einzelne war sehr lecker. Was uns besonders aufgefallen war war die freundliche Bedienung. Trotzdem der Laden voll war kam sie an jeden Tisch und fragte ob alles in Ordnung ist. Das nenne ich mal Kundenservice. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen wer mal in Scuol ist und Lust auf Pizza hat."
