"I wanted to have lunch with my family. We were 7 people and wanted to share two tables. The woman didn't allow us to do that so we sat at two different tables. My father went to the toilet and heard the staff talking about us. We were there 1-2 hours ago and just had something to drink. He heard that one woman said that we would finally like to eat. We also had a boat to go to Lugano in 45 minutes. We politely asked if they could bring the food a little quicker for us. The woman said very unsympathetically: “I don’t know.” Very unpleasant experience. The view is great but the staff is horrible. Unfortunately I can only give 1 star but if I could I would give zero."

Die bedinung war ok, alles andere nicht. Unfreundlich zu teuer, am telefon alles beschprochen und hinterher alles anders . Garnicht zuferlässig und sehr unfreundlich,. Nie wieder

No seats in front for singles. Had to sit at the sideway where everybody who passed could have a clear look at my food. Waiter forgot me a few times because I was too far away from the rest of the restaurant. Food was good. Waiter friendly. Prices are ok.

Unhöfliche Bedienung, nicht einmal ein Glas hatte ich erhalten, das Tischtuch sah aus als wäre es vorher zum Boden putzen gebraucht worden und die Speisekarte war voller Schreibfehler. Dass Essen kam erst nach 45min, ich hatte eine Tagliatelle mit Steinpilzen bestellt. Dort befanden sich jedoch nur Champignons. Jedoch hinterliess das Restaurant alles andere als einen guten Eindruck.
