The only restaurant open today was bombed when we got there. The helpful lady advised us to come back 20 minutes later, whatever we did. We enjoyed a place by the window. The mussels and civilians were also tasted, but mostly the kindness of the lady and the young men in service. A rapist! Lunch.

I know Criel sur Mer very well, but this restaurant appears to be new. We were welcomed warmly, and shown to a table in the well furnished restaurant and given a fairly comprehensive menu and wine list. Went here together with my parents in law and our two small children. The service was oke and the waitress friendly. The portion of mussels quit big and tasty. The White house wind (Sauvignon Blanc IGP Pays d' Oc) was well balanced and tasted great...with the moules frites! My wife ordered entrecôte, a big portion tasty meat. The price was reasonable. If you go there for drinks only you have to be willing to pay €3,70 for 0,33 ltr Stella Artois. And soft drinks go for €3,40.

Had two evening meals here in June. A bit overpriced although the quality was good. Big minus was the wait for service in one case over an hour between order and first course. Also couples who came in after us had their order taken before us, by the same server so no consistency there. Difficult to catch the servers' eye not aware of customer's needs focus on delivery of food to a particular table and not looking for anything else. Every server was the same!! Typical touristy experience.

Really disappointed arrived at 18.30 to eat early 21.00 passed mains not cleared and no dessert offered if we’d waited for desserts it would have been breakfast Food well starters to be fair were good but not one main course was worth the money or actually enjoyable as they were so late to come out Tried to look for one if the TWO serving team but they were not available it responsive to client needs Complained and the only response was ‘oh sorry’ basically we have tourists every night who won’t come back so what do we care ???
