"We enjoy dining at this restaurant whenever we are in Horsham. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined yesterday by an extremely rude customer who was disrespectful towards the waitress and even the junior manager. It was evident to the other diners that a group of three ladies and their children had finished all their food and then complained in order to get a free meal. I felt sorry for the staff, as they were just trying to do their job and were subjected to such rude behavior."

We all had different mains and all equally delicious. The cheese cake was to die for! Good service and atmosphere too. This was our second visit and both have been excellent, we will be returning again!

fabulous meal last night, eating was delicious, service was incredible (I would like to thank the waiter who had 10 very rough ladies his evening eventful, they were a star) and the atmosphere was fun and relaxed. we will be back.

I enjoy dining at Prezzo. I was with my friends and they had delicious pizzas, but unfortunately, I couldn't choose anything because I'm on a diet. The staff was very helpful and made me a special salad for my dietary restrictions. The atmosphere was also nice, and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend it.

I booked Prezzo for a large hen party on a Friday night. We had the private room on the upper floor and our own server. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure everyone's needs were met without any issues. Everyone loved the delicious food and affordable prices.
