Ravioleria è un piccolo ristorante di street food specializzato in ravioli a Venezia, ed è stata una piacevole scoperta che mi ha riportato in Giappone. L'atmosfera del locale era accogliente e autentica, con una sensazione di calore e familiarità che mi ha conquistato immediatamente. I ravioli erano semplicemente deliziosi, con un ripieno saporito e una pasta fresca e leggera che si scioglieva in bocca. Ogni morso era un viaggio culinario attraverso sapori ricchi e autentici. Consiglio vivamente i BAOZI, li ho assaporati per la prima volta in Giappone e erano identici. Ciò che mi ha colpito di più è stata l'attenzione ai dettagli e l'amore per l'arte culinaria che traspariva in ogni piatto....

Ignore the bad reviews. It's just Caucasian people that have no idea what good food is. They are the McDonald's types. I grew up in traditional Japanese and northern Chinese food. My mother traveled to Asia every month. So growing up I was quiet fortunate to eat good food from around the world. I've lived in Beijing. My ex husband is Taiwanese. I wanted my itlian fiance to try real dumplings and was so happy to find this after trying horrible Asian food in Rome. By far the worst I've ever had was in Rome.
