Als ich mit meiner Familie dort essen war, wurde erst das falsche Essen gebracht und dann noch unorganisiertes Personal. Das Essen war super aber beim Nachtisch war Alkohol enthalten und es stand nicht in der Karte

I had expected this place to have more possibilities. the menu was very limited and eating something too oily, although the prices were average. we had the rösti because of the lack of choice, but it was pretty good.

the location is beautiful, the ambiente is beautiful and the staff is friendly. eating was less than par. the salat was good, but I had the carved ass and I thought the fries were boiled in old oil and a funny taste. the cheese...Spetle was also sub par. Visualizza piatti

on the 30th of the evening in the Rheinische hof. the personal was very accommodating as we had no reservations during a very busy time. eating was excellent accompanied by very personable service by john and rita. always treated as family in this facility and never.

wir waren das erste mal da und kommen bestimmt wieder. das essen ist gut, die portionen machen satt und der service ist auch gut und schnell. wir hatten schnitzel mit pommes und einen kleinen gemischten salat gabs auch noch dazu. es war gut, nur waren die pommes ein wenig versalzen. das war aber der einzige minuspunkt.

Heute seit langem mal wieder hier. Das Essen war sehr gut und die Apfel Ingwer Suppe, hatte ich noch nie gegessen, ein Traum. Salat ebenfalls gut und das Kalbsgulasch, bis auf ein Stück, super zart und lecker . Essen 4,5 Sterne . Personal sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und kompetent. Kleines Minus, Tischtuch war dreckig und der große Raum wirkt wenig freundlich. So gebe ich gerne 4 Sterne und komme wieder. Auf jedenfall eine Empfehlung wert. Visualizza piatti

Das man hier sehr gut essen kann und super bedient wird, ist nichts Neues. Heute Abend konnten wir uns aber über den den hervorragenden Service eines CandelightDinner freuen. Angefangen von der Begrüßung, über die Weinempfehlung bis zum traumhaft leckeren Chateaubriand war alles perfekt ohne gekünstelt schickimicki zu sein. Service unaufdringlich präsent. Tolle Tisch Auswahl etwas "abseits" aber nicht versteckt. Sehr hübsch eingedeckt. Sprachlos glücklich.... Herzlichen Dank Im übrigen könne wir hier sowohl für den kleinen, einfachen Hunger (selbstverständlich auch mit Kindern) als auch für Feste oder dem "speziellen Genuss" unsere Empfehlung geben.

Das Essen an sich war naja. Für Schweizer wahrscheinlich toll, aber wohl auch nur weil es günstiger ist als in der Schweiz. Das Schnitzel dort ist nur eine sehr teure Vorspeise, mehr nicht. Einfach unschlagbar ist der Service!!!Man wartet ewig bis etwas passiert. Das Essen kommt im 10 Minuten Takt und bis der letzte am Tisch etwas hat, ist der Rest schon kalt. Alleine essen gehen sicher gut, aber als Familie nicht zu empfehlen oder sich als Gruppe von 2 oder mehr Personen nicht gut. Auch sehr bemerkenswert ist, dass bei manchen Desserts nicht dabei steht, dass Alkohol enthalten ist. Naja jeder Fahranfänger darf nun nicht mehr Auto fahren und in der Schweiz auch nicht. Und die Schweizer sind...

On a travel day, we had to stop at Waldshut rather late in the evening; not worth to go home and cook by yourself. So, we stopped by the Restaurant Rheinischer Hof, located the the head of the very cute old town of Waldshut, South Germany. Arriving by car and all the free parking around the house occupied, we used the underground car park just a few meters away - Nice!Well, we walked in the place through the front door and - thought am back in the 80' - people smoking inside - wow. No worries - we had been save from the smoke as the restaurant has 3 areas which two can be smoked.
