"We were recently working nearby and we decided to stop at caseificio for lunch, since we saw they had an interesting menu. The waiting staff was great, distances were kept, everyone used masks and toilets were also equipped to fight coronavirus, thumbs up for this....The menu was delicious, consisting of a vole au vent with fish, rice and spinach. The only negative point was the size, definitely too small to fill up workers' bellies. Took me less than minutes to finish the meal, and honestly it wouldn't have cost them much to add one more vole au vent. Overall a good place to grab a bite if you are nearby. Food is always good here,"

"Been coming here for years takeaways when skiing or staying in nearby Fontana; dropping in to break a long distance journey (and the dreaded Gotthard tunnel). Dropped in this Saturday evening to enjoy another couple of super pizzas and excellent service. It would be great to have more non meat options on the pizza menu. And where were all the customers on a Saturday night? But the pizzaiolo was working flat out to keep up with takeaways. Nice anecdote the cashier charged us for two measures of wine (two people), which had seemed correct (it was a big glass) and we'd have paid. The pizzaiolo corrected her, reduced the bill and apologised. If you're travelling long distance and have to use the tunnel, it's worth taking a break and stopping at Borelli."

"Viaggio in moto, ogni giorno una tappa. Scendendo dal San Gottardo, ho pensato di prenotare l'ultima stanza disponibile allo Snack-Bar Airö, una doppia con bagno condiviso, perfetta per la sosta di una notte. Ed effettivamente la stanza è accogliente, spaziosa, igiene ineccepibile, con letti enormi e molto comodi e, ultimo ma non meno importante, lavandino in camera. I bagni, sul piano, molto molto puliti.Non avevo però pensato che avrei potuto cenare al piano di sotto, ma quando ho visto il menù e ho poi fatto due chiacchiere con i gestori, giovani e pieni d'entusiasmo, ho subito cambiato idea.E ho fatto benissimo!La particolarità della carta è nella possibilità di comporre il proprio hamburger, scegliendo tipo di pane, carne, formaggio e condimenti. Tutte materie prime eccellenti, a km 0, che abbinate l'una con l'altra regalano risultati favolosi. Qualcuno, nelle precedenti recensioni, s'è lamentato del costo, ma la qualità si paga e qui, va detto, si paga il giusto, che non è poi nemmeno esoso se si scopre che il fornaggio d'Alpe è fatto da una signora della zona, che produce solo quello...Ottime anche le birre, che Alex & co. sanno consigliare sapientemente.Per finire, due palline di gelato artigianale di prima qualità. E chi l'avrebbe mai detto che avrei dovuto arrivare fin qui per mangiare il miglior gusto Malaga della mia vita...Promossi a pieni voti.Torneremo!"
