"Tuna pizza was so so to say the least. The crust and the topping seemed undercooked, and in general reminded a heated up frozen product you would find in the nearby Netto. Also, despite only tuna and onions being listed in the 'Tonno ', the topping had schinken they have another variation and must have either confused it or just not cared enough about what I offered. You get what you pay for, but for an Italian restaurant that proudly dates its history back to 1975 this is somewhat surprising."

Ordered a black beer, got a normal one. Ordered a big pizza, got a small pizza and had to pay the prize of a big pizza. There is definitely a problem in communication.

This Italian restaurant is located near Spandau Arcady, just on the other side of street. You can find here delicious pizza, pasta and salad. This place has a true Italian spirit. It suits best for a romantic date, but I used it also for lunch/supper...with colleagues. Prices are reasonable for good quality food and the atmosphere. Cons: lack of flexibility, you have to fit the place.

I used to visit this restaurant with my parents in 1977-1980 when we lived in Berlin. I found it again during a Berlin trip some years ago and was delighted to see that it was still open. Simple menu but nicely cooked food and well-kept...beer at sensible prices. Plenty of menu choices and children's meal available too. Plenty of outside tables but, as will all German restaurants, too much Marlboro smoke. So I sat inside and enjoyed the decor and ambience. I will visit again when I return.
