"We are schnitzels lover and a good schnitzel is one of our preferred dish. We arrived to Lugano very hungry, Following TripAdvisor good reviews we took a special taxi from our hotel to Schnitzy, we arrived at 16:00 pm. At this time the menu was limited for schnitzels only, salad and chips. The staff were very friendly and we had a very good feeling that we are going to enjoy. We ordered two schnitzels : Weiner (veal) and the big 350 gram pork. Both of our Schnitzy schnitzels looked big and impressive but that was all!!!Both were too thin with plywood texture and too much heavy dominate fried bread crumbs taste.The main point was the Weiner schnitzel which had an unpleasant aftertaste and bad smell, we could not eat it. (really low quality) The pork was eatable, the coating of the fried bread crumbs took over the taste of the thin meat. The lemon and the chips help alittle but it was far away from our expectation for juicy flavour good schnitzel. The real bad luck was after I ate 1/3 of this average pork schnitzel I have noticed that there is a human hair inside the coating. They apologies and deduct the cost from the bill. The chips and the salad were good. They are nice people and it's look that they are investing effort in their business, I really hope that they will improve themselves."

Odore insopportabile di fritto, qualcosa di allucinante, abbiamo mangiato in fretta e furia per poi dileguarci alla velocità del fulmine. Sconsigliato.

La prima impressione è stata di un locale poco pulito.Trovare alle 19.30 il cuoco al bar ci ha lasciati perplessi.Abbiamo scelto una impanata di vitello, piccolina secondo noi.Io invece ho optato per le costine, non male, a parte le patate che non erano niente di che. Anche le patatine fritte sapevano di poco.I vini per il posto che è sono cari, è vero che si opta per la birra....però.Nell'aria un odore di fritto, forse è il caso di cambiare il metodo di aspirazione degli odori. Abbiamo rinunciato ai desserts e ce ne siamo andati
