"The experience was just okay. The menu was significantly limited compared to what was available online, and the options were quite sparse. When we arrived, I had to chase someone down at the bar multiple times before I could let her know that we had a reservation, only to be met with the response, "No one told us that!" We were informed that we would just be seated somewhere, and while the place wasn't busy, it was quite loud due to a group of four very drunk patrons who were being quite unruly. We had a gift voucher, but I ended up having to go to the cash register to pay since no one came to take our bill. It took four employees to finally figure out how to process our credit card, which delayed our payment and departure. I feel bad for the cook because the food was quite good, but everything else about the experience fell short. It felt more like a pub than a proper restaurant."

Table we were seated at wasn’t the nicest spot considering we booked 10 days in advance, food was ok not the best! Strawberry daiquiri was pure ice. Wouldn’t go running back.

Occasion was a family get-together. Restaurant quiet, staff friendly and efficient. Food was excellent. Each family member was impressed. We plan to return for a future get-together. D.V.

Absolutely fab!! From the moment we arrived, the staff were so attentive. We were shown where everything was at the carvery then seated. Food was heavenly. Great variety, perfectly cooked... hot. Cannot wait to go back... hopefully soon

Disappointing 90 minute wait for food in an unattractive room. Nobody coming near you without being called over. I don’t blame the staff as I believe management have left them high and dry without enough people working, especially while a wedding was in the other room. All felt a bit faulty towers but I feel the staff were very friendly and working hard in very difficult circumstances. Please make sure your staff are being supported adequately for their sake and the customers.
