"I like the sandwiches here but one particular staff member was a bit sneaky. I ordered the omelette sandwich which was tasty and as he was putting it together, he told me that he likes to put lots and lots of hummus on his sandwich and asked if I wanted it like that too, I said ok, then he quietly added that it 'll cost 50 cents extra to which I agreed as it 'd be lots in my mind. My sandwich arrived with less than a spoonful of hummus (which was average at best). Of course it 's fine to pay some extra for hummus but I felt awkward to say no to the hummus when he suggested I put it in my sandwich but did not appreciate being told it would be lots of hummus when it was less than a spoonful. The whole event just put a sour taste in my mouth because I prefer restaurants handle customers with integrity and honesty. Anyway, I would recommend this place still, but just know what you 're ordering and how much it 'll cost. The plus side is, they give free tea."

Salsabil2 is a hidden gem in the Kollwitzplatz area you probably wouldn't expect one of the best Shawarma places in Prenzlauer Berg just here, but it is! What makes it great is the value and quality for 3 Euro (typical Berlin price for a Shawarma) you not just get a pita bread full of chicken meat, lettuce, tomato, onions, and a hint of mayo, you'll actually get a hand size wrap, almost like tortilla the Mexicans use for their burrito. That said, you'll get a LOT OF shawarma. Which is great as other places I've tried are a bit stingy (looking at you, Adonis and Esra in Mitte). This is definitely my new to go spot for my daily Shawarma cravings.

"who really likes to eat authentic Italian food and makes small smears at the equipment - this is paradies. nothing for a candlelight dinner and nothing for a business dinner. the two or three wooden tables are inside or the 5-6 tables on the trottoir the wrong approach.For this there is honest, authentic Italian service and an incredible price/performance ratio. the pizza is thin, cross, and the linings on the point at tasty roasted and burned before. no suffocated fladen that is suffocated under too much cheese. each ingredient can be tasted out and the Peperoni salami tastes also to salami and not to spices. also the courts of the daily ticket worthy! also the meat is brilliant! and last not least: the espresso comes hot and fantastic aromatic, super crema and disintegrates on the rim. if it were not in the middle of berlin - you could with closed eyes almost the fragrant siziliens snuppern ;-). for me after sizilien and South Tyrol the best and most authentic pizza place so far."

"Went here with my friend after struggling to find a place in the area. The place didn't look too inviting but my gosh the food was gorgeous! We shared some king rolls for starting and they were delightful. I had the steak cubes and there was a lot but still just the right amount. The staff here as well were incredibly helpful. Obviously would recommend and would love to go back!"

"eating was amazing. there was a problem with deliveryando not drag the international dial code for my phone number and not through the apartment summer information (it also did not draw through my email address), so that the restaurant was not able to contact me. when I called her, the lady didn't speak English, so the phone was hanging on me when I didn't speak German. the gentleman who delivered my food was nice and offered free food tomorrow to decide for the time delivery lasted (2 hours), but I believe that lieferando is the fault."

"We ordered this on Saturday night and within minutes of eating the food Both my girlfriend and I were fighting over the toilet. The taste of the food lasted as long as it did in my stomach. The Dansak dish we ordered, Which Should just be lentils, came complete with kidney beans (something I have never seen before). I am from the UK so I am used to good Indian food. This is not! "I have never met people as nice as the family that works here. They are the loveliest, most hospitable and kind people I have met in the service industry. Not only this, but the food is phenomenal. They have a decently-sized but not intimidatingly-large menu, with 3 weekly changing specials. Most of the ingredients are organic and a lot of products are homemade (like some of their tofu and seitan). The crispy tofu is outstanding and the sauces are subtle and well-seasoned, not overwhelming. The drinks are fantastic too personal favourites are the mint pineapple shake and the lime lemonade. I think at this point I have tried the whole menu and every single thing was great especially the second rice/salad dish on the back of the menu and the steamed dumplings. There is outdoor and indoor seating, they accept card, and there are bathrooms and tap water is automatically given when you don't order a drink which is rare in Berlin..."
