Santiago's Tapas - Piatti

This city center restaurant is a bit dirty and below standard. The meat was undercooked, and I was not impressed with the overall experience. I will not be coming back.

Visited with wife around 19.00 on a Thursday. Busy restaurant. Warm welcome and attentive service. Shared paella: chicken and chorizo. Excellent. Starter was seramo ham: very good. Wine well priced. Recommended

Absolutely fabulous food lovely people working there. We visit at least twice a month and the food is Devine. A Spanish tapas is a treat and you feel like you are in Spain. Drinks are reasonable ê too. Worth a visit. Visualizza piatti

Well, when in Spain.....the Paella is superb and is a sharing feast. We had the chicken and chorizo and a good bottle of red. Just delicious made even better by the warm inviting people and place. This is a restaurant that serves tasty, simple, delicious dishes.

I ordered barbecued ribs as my main course. I was disappointed to receive only three baby back ribs with very little meat on them, maybe around 50g in total. Each rib ended up costing £5.30, which I found absurd. I was frustrated by the small portion sizes at this tapas restaurant.

Situated in the heart of Cardiff, our group of seven had a midweek lunch at this restaurant in December. The tapas were fantastic - two may not be sufficient, but three is plenty. WRU disappointed. Not authentic. Calamari was from frozen and chewy. No aioli with it. Cold meats were cut far too thick. Crackers with cold meats, how is that Spanish?! Potatoes bravos has some sort of nasty tasting mayo but no bravos sauce. The chicken skewers were ok but tasteless. Not impressed and won’t be going back. The staff were nice enough.

This was recommended to me by a family member who lives in Dorset. Absolutely amazing food. We had 9 different dishes all were delicious. Really lovely, friendly staff too. We weren’t rushed at all (lots of our local restaurants in Bristol, tend to give you a time limit of about 1.5hrs which spoils the evening). Will definitely come back recommend to all our friends!

Delicious food but the service could have been better, not asked if we wanted more drinks or if everything was ok with the meal, maybe because they add a 10% service charge to bill. I was glad I had not had too much to drink and noticed our service charge had been added at 100% and not 10%, a 'mistake ' that should have been picked up before we were given the bill.
