"karneval 2016 - the letter added below I have already sent to the sassafras twice, hoping that someone will react. Unfortunately, no feedback has arrived so far, so I like to share it with others so that nothing happens to them. written on 11.02.2016/25.02.2016 Dear Sassafras team, since now the carnival days are over and the normal daily is returned, I would like to use this to make them our disappointment about their way around with guests on the karneval Saturday (06.02.) we came to third to them to sassafras to celebrate the night. it was well noted 01:10 in the early morning of the Carnival Sunday when we slept with them. at reception we were very kind, even almost culinary, so we decided to stay. €21,- were taken for the registration, the service behind the Bon table was immediately tapping on the most expensive drink card in value of €30.-.Not even 3 minutes later we entered the underwater world sasafras environment and found that it was very muffley smell. Now we also have understanding.ABER, which was really impossible:The beer glasses were all smeared, none was clean. we could observe how these were only briefly flushed off...we didn't film it.After 45 minutes, 2:00 a.m. the celebration was already over.Nobody felt in the position to make notice that the celebration was about 2 a.m. to end.A note that we could have had only a short time of their underwater world mood, we would have been able to get out of our guessing that we had paid out also the “good” of the card could not be exchanged. here also came only a word from the extremely unfriendly receptionist, who suddenly hadn't recognized us again as at the beginning, ‘we like to pick up drinks very quickly to drink them’. what was previously told in oberkassel, how great and different the sassafras karneval celebrates was a purest disappointment. Conclusion: karneval in sassafras is a benefit of the guests. If you are asked, sassafras is no longer called first place or otherwise around to go there an absolute no-go, unless you are insisting on being sold as stupid. it would be very interesting to me from their side whether they are pursuing such a concept of hospitality and treatment!?"

in sassafras there are both good beer and great weine, as well as very tasty eating! the burger and the lachs are highly recommended. but you should know that it is open on Mondays, but there is no kitchen! After a long time we were finally ready to eat in sassafras. the menu is varied but not overloaded. quickly we had decided for 2 dishes. the order at the very friendly waiter went fixed and the drinks were little later on the table. the food followed only a short moment later. 1a service so and no annoying waiting times. the food has tasted us very well and was beautifully dressed. only at my court there were two critique points. the spinach to the pork sponge in soy sauce and was hardly edible and the crust was not as crispy as promised on the menu. but also here was the super service to the place and offered alternatives. and overall it has also tasted very well, which is why the soy-sauce...
