for us the castle restaurant zentgraf is one of the best restaurants in gifhorn. whether to be two, with the kids or in groups, we are always welcome.Here you can still taste the passion of the kitchen. the card always fits to the season and you can simply surprise yourself and the kitchen free hand, come new, dreamy creations on the table! the additional events (kitchen lunch, chef menu, gas cook)., are always worth visiting!Liebens zentgraf team- continues so!

the closed restaurant would actually be a pearl. incredibly great location, from which unfortunately too little is made. the restaurant is totally unattended and chaotic standing around in the guest area.The service is completely unattentive and has not really much expertise. eating is na yes...Käse-Knoblauche supp is super fine, for that the cordon bleu is not good. meat of inferior, false cheese and pretty tough.Because it doesn't have a owner who invests a little more love in this pearl.

we have celebrated our high time in the restaurant. the contact with herrn zentgraf was always uncomplicated and very warm. in the personal interview the drain, the buffet and other agreements could be clarified. we always wanted to see our wishes. we even had the opportunity to decorate a day before the high time the spaces. the decoration in the exterior and on the tables was executed by the staff to our fullest satisfaction. eating was very good, as was the service! we have only received positive feedback from our guests. we felt good and caressed! we were there for lunch on Sunday afternoon. 2 months ago we were once there and were pleasantly surprised. This time we had preordered a vegan menu. the other food was à la carte. as a vegan eating there was a delicious flower cauliflower soup and then gerstonirisotto with sweet, all wonderfully tasted. at the other we had the start-up variation. with fried zander on gurkensalat, bloodworst on spice, carpaccio etc. to the main course there was butterfly tender ochsenbäckle. all great. to dessert there are among others wonderful sorbets. you should take some time. but eating compensated for the waiting period.
