"I stay in Bad Homburg every year during a trade show visit and it is our tradition to eat here on the first night. The menu is good traditional German style food and the restaurant is a converted carpenters, complete with numerous tools of the trade still decorating the place. If you're feeling adventurous try the strawberry and cream shot - naughty but nice."

A former workshop turned into a restaurant. Welcoming staff. Good traditional German food. I tried the Hessenburger - a good cheeseburger with local Handkäse.

We were in a big group and sat outside, the service was still good and the atmosphere great. It's located centrally and in walking distance of many hotels. A lot of us had the steak which was very tasty.I will be coming back when in town

Great place, fantastic atmosphere, i really dig the old woodshop. Really friendly service. Great beers, i really like the local Bad Homburg Graf Zeppelin sligthly cloudy/unfiltered helles. Food does the trick. Seemed like a local hangout; on a Monday night place was pretty crowded, 95% males, all a bit seasoned. I'll be back
