"The restaurant was closed when we arrived. Despite trying to reach someone by calling the number on the door and waiting for 15 minutes, we received no response or indication of closure. I had even confirmed our reservation via text, for which I was charged, with no notification that the restaurant would be closed. No one reached out to apologize for the inconvenience. I have tried contacting OpenTable twice through their website, but have yet to receive a response. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of service and communication in this situation."

We made a booking on Open Table and responded to a closed Resataurant. Make sure who's guilty when it was the restaurant or the open table. We did not spend the evening finding a substitute place for dinner in the pouring rain.

We love this place as much as the food is so good and the owners are really welcoming and friendly. I never really understand why it's not more business, especially now that it has so many outdoor tables on the back. It seems Lordship Lane's best secret to be!
