"We were thrilled. In early August we spent a nice short holiday in the area. After two days in the Europapark, we wanted to come to one of the locals last night and land on the recommendation of our Riegler Stammhaus hotel. We were warmly welcomed and found a place in the beer garden. We were immediately helped with the linguistic barrier of some local terms. We felt comfortable and the owner and our waitress were very loving. The whole thing was excavated by an excellent meal. The bottle soup was unique and we still talk about it. Why a preliminary soup makes so much impression?! You have to eat them to understand. Tastefully on all levels only a pleasure. The cabbage routines were also a mess. Here you will find really good German cuisine with a lot of love you taste. If we're back in the area, we'll be over. The evening was wonderful in your house and we thank you again for this (if it wasn't clear yet, great food, nice conversations and well-being atmosphere was! A warm greeting from the WDR4Land;"

"The crown in Malterdingen was a typical Baden inn on the main road in Wurfweit to the town hall. Nix Spezial, just like Malterdingen overall (Sorry, Leut). No reason to go unless you were there at all and the neighboring inn was already full. Until the liver family came. Actually a local carpenter family with the peculiarity that Klaus Leber found his great love in Thailand. And his wife Araya must be bored in Malterdingen (so I'm sorry, dear Leut!) so that the German crown was translated into Thai and now Chada is nothing else. Nothing was changed to the (probably listed facade). In the interior, Schreiner could extinguish liver. Wood carvings, a Thai sitting area and a series of wood decorations testify to craftsmanship and convey exotic flair without a blow. A free terrace was built in the backyard so it could be very appealing in Phuket. The service comes exclusively from Thailand, unstoppably swirling the small Thais around the tables, smiling friendly and are enormously efficient. But the real crown or Chada floats over the kitchen. I rarely have Thai food in Germany with such authentic ingredients and taste. It starts with the appetizers. Spring Rolls with Thai basil, really delicate satay skewers with pleasant ally peanut sauce, wonderfully cooked to the point Gambas and Shrimp balls with good consistency instead of the otherwise usual rubber sweets. At the main courses you will be enchanted. Thai eggplants (where do you get these here? in freshly prepared vegetables, wonderfully seasoned currys of different directions and sharpness, perfectly cooked meat of all couleur. Of course, the vegetarian duck must not be missing, the saitan wheat is spicy and bite-proof prepared as it should be. The initially clearly graceful portions can only be mastered for good eaters, but until the end delicious. For dessert, the classic was not allowed to miss the baked banana with ice, artistically carved fruit came as a tasty accompaniment. The beverage card is important, a thick precious wooden case protects the interesting selection. The claim to encrypt the beverages in the form of a family tree according to their belongings does not succeed in any division, but in cocktails and wines it can be helpful to one or the other. Beautiful is the variety of fresh fruit juices of Asian origin. The barley fraction can also choose between several Thai beers and domestic hops. The crown now has an inserter in Freiburg, but the kitchen performance here can convince significantly more. So finally what's going on in Malterdingen (last time it's sorry, dear Malterdinger...) Update January 2019: Dear Malterdinger, it will time for crown polishing. Knownly, Chada Thai has developed branches in Freiburg (2 and Lahr testifies to the Thai bad business spirit. But obviously the quality of demand or diversification is not. Did you hire the Malterding cook? In recent visits, the result from the kitchen was best still on average. The sauces without fresh ingredients and spices, the vegetables of the Malterdinger housewives drawer without exotic highlights. No sharpness in the chilisauce, grated shrimps without wort or roast staroms. One is a shame, the second time it's devalued. And where, it tastes better in Lahr, that's what you have your pride, right?"

"I understand if according to zero revenue and daily VOLLZEIT mask quality the mood is not always overwhelming with joy, but I still expect to be a guest. I have to get through the same professionally and that goes even if you want to in kind. The young minijobbers were okay, the probable hostess stayed better at home. Unfortunately as often, the location is nice, the cook stays in bed. Say there is salad from the bucket and the rest tastes even after little made and freshness. The strawberries in the “spring salad” were fresh. I'll be back when I read that something changed. I'd rather give a few more €..."
