"It feels like we've probably driven through and past there several dozen times, if not 100 times, and so unfortunately, looking back, we've never stopped at this restaurant, because admittedly it doesn't look particularly impressive from the outside to be honest. When I was looking for a restaurant that was open last Sunday, I once again came across this restaurant and of course I immediately ordered a table and was served extremely courteously and in a friendly manner on the phone. The slleine has already made the first really excellent impression and so you go to this restaurant on that Sunday with great anticipation. The parking situation behind the house is really excellent and there are various parking spaces right next to the restaurant, so you're sure to find a spot somewhere that suits you. The entrance to the restaurant is also accessible from the rear of the parking lot. As soon as we entered the elegant room, we were greeted warmly and courteously and shown to our table. From the first moment we felt extremely comfortable, in good hands and also well surrounded by the great menu, so that we were both able to choose something tasty. Luckily, it's not a delicate kitchen that mixes something together that you've never seen before, but rather a kitchen that refines what already exists very nicely, prepares it even better and presents it on your plate in such a great way that you think you would never have seen a supposedly normal dish before. In addition, the food came to the table at a very good temperature, so that you didn't have to rush to eat everything because the food was really hot. Not only was the color of the food wonderfully coordinated, but also the flavors, from the smallest vegetables to the meat, or as was the case with the lady who ate with me, to the fish, were extremely coordinated with everything. The service was very accommodating and always paid close attention from a distance, but you didn't feel like you were being watched. Actually, and we readily and honestly admit this, we were ashamed that we hadn't eaten there long before, because not all food is the same and that's what they demonstrate there very impressively, firstly, celebrate it and, thirdly, give you the time to do it . With the pictures attached to this text I can perfectly underline what I have written and we were happy that we happened to be able to eat there on the last day before the company holidays and despite it being the last day before the company holidays, the full menu was available and we were not faced with any restrictions imposed, which we greatly appreciated and acted accordingly. Anyone who recognizes the restaurant and has driven past it several times is strongly encouraged to stop there for a longer meal. You definitely won't regret it, because down by the lake, for example, we have rarely eaten so well, but where others acted as if they were the best and here the guest comes to the fore and not the innkeepers, as in many other places experienced really a special experience and we would like to thank you very much for this great lunch that we were able to experience on the last day before the company holidays!"

Wir kennen das Restaurant Adler seit langem als ausgezeichnetes Restaurant mit Trüffelspezialitäten. Heute durften wir mit Staunen feststellen, dass das take-away genauso gut ist. Bravo! Einzigartig von der Bestellung bis zur Ausführung.

Einmal mehr herforragend bedient und super gegessen ! Da wir nicht viel hunger hatten bestellten wir alles auf dem selben teller . Kalbsfiletto mit enten leber nüdeli mit weissen trüffel ! Sehr gut kombiniert und sehr gut zubereitet ! Zum cafe gab es einen sehr guten einheimischen pommes . Wir kommen wieder !

Ein kulinarischer Hochgenuss von A-Z Hervorragende Küche. Alles frisch, mit viel Liebe zubereitet und selbstgemacht. Wir wurden 3x aus der Küche mit einem Gruss überrascht. Sehr angenehme Ambiance , Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Kein Wunsch blieb unerfüllt... Top auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder !!

Wir genossen wieder einmal ein einmaliges Dîner im Adler. Vom ersten Amuse-Bouche bis zum letzten Praliné zum genossen wir einen Gaumenschmaus. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die saisonale Küche mit auserlesenen Spezialitäten aus der Region und die grossartige Weinkarte. Abgerundet wird das Gastro-Erlebnis durch den aufmerksamen und zuvorkommenden Service. Trotz Einschränkungen wegen CORONA genossen wir eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre auf höchstem Gastro-Niveau. War mit freunden aus einsiedeln am letzten samstag dort . Super speisekarte hervorragende wein karte mit echten raritäten aus der schweiz ! Gelungener gruss aus der küche Nr 1 bratwurst Nr 2 gehacktes mit hörnli und apfelmuss . Mein nüdslisalat mit milken und kalbskopf mit tournierten pommes natur sehr schmackhaft . Das beste zum schluss : wir wollten eigentlich den kaffee bei unserem freund in einsiedeln trinken aber als die sehr nette bedienung dann mit div pralienen und kuchen auftauchte haben wir natürlich auch kaffee mit seitenwagen bestellt . Ich komme wieder !

Wir waren Mittags dort um eine Kleinigkeit essen zu wollen. Allerdings sind diese Kleinigkeiten schon sehr teuer. Man bezahlt für eine normale Vorspeise bis zu 30 Fr.Wir wählten unter den Vorspeisen etwas aus, da wir wie gesagt nur eine Kleinigkeit essen wollten. 29 Fr. für das Rinds-Tatar und nochmals 28,50 Fr. für eine Vorspeise bestehend aus Riesenchreveten mit Wasabi Risotto.Geschmacklich ist am Essen rein gar nichts auszusetzen, wirklich hervorragend.Beim Ambiente muss man allerdings Abstriche machen. Das Restaurant wirkt überladen, und die Toilettenanlagen sollten erneuert werden.Beim Service waren wir etwas irritiert. Denn man bekam durchweg das Gefühl, dass wir nicht wirklich willkom...
