"I loved the cauliflower and aubergine curry yesterday complete with linseedahl, flatbread and rice. I am just so grateful that I can order a curry that does not contain cocos or cocos milk. the taste was delicious. we are rarely disappointed by the food. I also know that we can order an alternative chips if they are on the menu with a dish. I can also recommend the toad in the hole. Sunday dinners are good, but not surprisingly it is busy at the weekend."

OMG just had the best slow braised beef rib ever! Fantastic pub and fantastic staff. Having seen a number of dishes come out, I was impressed by everything I saw. It was so good we are returning tomorrow. Thank you.

on Saturday had a meal with the woman, only through the camel way in padstow, a hidden little jewel with excellent eating in a beautiful environment with many local fishing on the menu, if you ever in the northern maisbrunn it has to be one. What a gem !!! Absolutely amazing !!! The food was fantastic !!! I had fish and chips and my partner had Thai curry , we could not decide which one was best ! The fish was so fresh you could taste the saltiness of the sea ! It was so good that we had to have dessert , of course the dessert was delicious ! I would give this place 10 stars if I could !

we stopped here for lunch on the way back from the bodmin wenford steam train; it felt a bit like a magic mysteries tour, but the sat nav led us to a beautiful pub in a stunning location. excellent food service. I had the whispers, my man had the fish goujons, my father the (enormous! pork chop, my daughter sink, egg chips and my son the steak chips. everyone was thrilled what I think could be a first! highly recommended.
