"The man who took my call today had really poor customer service he was telling me to talk slow telling me to stop talking over the phone. When I explained i am talking as slow as possible he started to be rude. He lost my service tonight due to his horrible mannar down the phone. Also i may add you run a delivery service Its not my job to direct you. you had a post code you are suppose to find addresses may i just add you have been to deliver to me before with no issues.
