Went with my partner and her family and we loved it. Great selection of meat, fish, meat alternatives and veg which leads to almost unlimited food combinations when you include oils and sauces- each one tasting amazing! I thoroughly enjoyed the ultimate stir fry experience. The menu clearly indicates gluten-free options. You complete a checklist, selecting from various choices, including your preferred oil, sauce, and toppings, while also noting any allergens. Next, you can pick your favorite vegetables and meat from a self-service area before handing your selections to the cook. My dish arrived just two minutes after my friends', which was impressive considering that they washed the wok and utensils before preparing mine. That attention to cleanliness was reassuring. There are also other gluten-free meals available, all clearly marked on the menu.

It was our first time at this restaurant, and our neighbors treated us. The waitress explained the process, and we were off! There was so much to choose from; I filled my side plate with the ingredients I wanted to cook. Just make sure to leave your written order indicating how you'd like everything cooked (including oils, sauce, and sides) and remember to include your name and table number on the order form. Don’t try to pile everything onto one plate, as you can go back for as many servings as you like. This way, you can experiment with different choices and flavors. I could only manage three plates since they also offered free boiled rice!
