"Where do we start. We arrived for our 5pm booking, and were shown to our table. After about 15 mins, we ordered our food and sat back down. At 6.30pm, we still had not had our starter meals, let alone the main course. As a family of four, two of them children, such a situation is totally unacceptable. We addressed this with staff, who apologized and said it would be about 15 minutes more. Customers who arrived AFTER us received their orders, and were eating. We were still waiting. Some even asked why we had not eaten yet. Eventually, the food arrived at 7pm. At no point did anyone say anything to us, or did we get an apology from the management. We were not the only customers affected. When the food arrived, it was hot, but it was obvious that it had only just been prepared. It was as if we had been forgotten. Given it was Mother's Day, it was hardly the kind of service for a family meal we would have expected. Surely, if you know that you have busy dates like that, as well as Christmas, Easter, etc., you should plan accordingly. At least if someone had said something, let customers know there is a delay, or limited staff resources, people would understand, even if they were not happy about it. The only saving grace was the lady who did help us was called Sabeen (I think her staff number is 5767). She was brilliant. She chased up the order, was helpful, professional and polite. Sabeen was the only member of staff who made any effort to find a resolution for us. The lack of ownership of the whole situation from the leadership of the outlet, and complete mismanagement of the process has let your establishment down, and places the reputation of the business on the line. Needless to say, we would not recommend Brewer's Fayre to anybody, nor will we visit again."

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant for their all-you-can-eat breakfast. The service was exceptional and the atmosphere was lovely. The food prepared by Chef Daniel was delicious. I would definitely return for another visit. Visualizza piatti

We had a fantastic dining experience with exceptional service from Chloe and Victoria. Chloe warmly welcomed us and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The food was delicious, and we had a wonderful evening with our friends and family.

I only came to this restaurant because the Premier Inn with the attached Beefeater was fully booked. The bar staff were friendly, but the clientele was rough. I just wanted a quiet drink, but the loud and disrespectful behavior of some patrons, including shouting and swearing in front of children, made me decide to go elsewhere for dinner. I will not be coming back to this place.

The service was poor. Took an age to get our order taken. Then when the food came it was cold and extremely underwhelming. Sent back and could tell it had just been heated up not re cooked. Just felt an atmosphere in there was unwelcoming. Sorry to say that some of the staff have been there so long they look incredibly unhappy and it passes off to the customers. Shame. Came here with family and good friends for Easter Sunday and we was not disappointed. The carvery has to be the best in Hatfield. Turkey, Beef, and Gammon and the veg, gravey, and huge Yorkshire puddings and I must add this, the best Macaroni Cheese! Staff always friendly especially Chole, Victoria and Xanthe and the chap who was carving the meat Jamie) my Mum said he carved exceptionally well!! Nothing is too much trouble for these lovey staff members and always want to help Great atmospheres well as clean throughout. We had a lovely Easter Sunday Thank you all at the Airfield in Hatfield.

Went here today for breakfast for the first time . We was so disappointed all the food was cold and under cooked ? The hash browns should be crispy but they where soggy also the black pudding soggy and fell apart while trying to pick them up to put on my plate like the hash browns did ? The sausages I never got any as they looked like near raw to me ? I do visit other places when I want all you can eat Breakfasts like the one in WGC Beefeater which is ok but the best so far has to be Tobey inn in Stevenage but not the one in Borehamwood ? I did worry why not so many people was not in when I arrived ? I should have just walked out at that point and go to the one in WGC or Tobey in Stevenage
