The staff were very welcoming and the pub is in a great location. I will definitely be returning. The price per person is around £20-30. The food, service, and atmosphere all received top marks. I highly recommend trying the Sunday Roast.

PLEASE can you stop playing your trashy music on your cheap speaker in your doorway for the whole street to listen to. You are e ruining the atmosphere for everyone. Pretty sure you are thinking you are doing us a favour you are not! Atmosphere: 1

I had a fantastic experience at this pub in Hastings. It is dog-friendly and I enjoyed a delicious and refreshing cider. The price per person was between £10-£20 and the service was top-notch. The atmosphere was also excellent, I would highly recommend this place.

This charming and wonderful pub has a unique atmosphere in the old city. The food is amazing, my favorite being the steak and ale pie, followed by an incredible selection from the dessert menu! If you find yourself in the area, I highly recommend eating here to experience the unique charm of the old city.

We called here at midday for food. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 children and we were seated on a big table by a friendly lady behind the bar who took our drinks order. The food was very nice. I ordered the smoked mackerel with new potatoes and salad and it was extremely good. The menu said it was local and it certainly tasted fresh. I would recommend it. Food: 5 Service: 4

I had my work Christmas meal at this restaurant on December 2, 2016 with a group of 16 people, and it was absolutely amazing. The food was excellent, very tasty and served hot. I ordered the roasted beef and it was incredibly tender and delicious. Everyone in our group enjoyed their meals and had a great evening. The service from the three staff members was outstanding, they should be proud of the job they did. Everyone was very happy with the evening, and I received positive feedback from all of my colleagues about the venue and my recommendation to dine there.
