"Two fish suppers and two portions of mushy peas cost £19.50. I called in advance to order the food and told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Turned up to collect 15 minutes later and collected the food. Took it home to have for dinner, fish was very dry, batter dry and very tough, chips were the same. The Chippy sold itself when it first opened on the fact that the food was cooked to order, this obviously wasn’t, it seems like it had been cooked a while before and kept warm in the heaters. Not happy with that standard for £20. Won’t be back."

this is an empty Jumbo sausage filling machine. absolutely brilliant. as a REAL chippy should be. a total credit on chip shops. crispy chips and batteries ... will defo back

had a fish with inherited and I must say it was one of the most beautiful fish I ever had. the teig was so light and crispy and was not fat. the staff was also very nice and polite.

Unbelievably slow service. Place needs more staff and proper training. Thr owner seems like a complete bellend with his replies regarding complaints. No sorry or apologies. The food is alright but the hygiene leaves a lot to be desired. The young girl behind the counter had false nails, rings and bracelets on. No one had hairnets on. The young girl and older female member of staff were eating their own supper behind the counter in front of customers and then wiping greasy fingers on their aprons. The young lad coughed several times and I never saw any hands being washed. The staff were also on mobile phones while they waited for food to be ready.
