"HoneyPot Coffee Shop Castle Gresley, United Kingdom Expensive for what you get. We went on the bank holiday Monday, very popular cafe with bikers, in fact it was full of bikers to the point where I had to queue for 15mins just to have a pee bcuz there was 5 bikers Infront of me who bought 1 cuppa and needed the loo. The food we had was tasty, I had the tomatoe basil soup, it comes with a thick slice of bread, it would of been nice to have some butter on the bread! We also had onion rings which where very nice and a portion of chips, if you could call it a portion, they came in a tiny dish and must of been 10 thin chips in them (you get more fries at any fast food outlet) My partner had a cheese coleslaw sandwich, I would of thought for the price it would of come with a few crisps maybe a garnish but no! It was literally just the sarnie on the plate. We both had a coffee each and when they came I thought we were on a water shortage! The small cups where only half full, I was just about to tell the waitress that we ordered americano and not espresso. We paid £30 for a cheese sandwich, a bowl or tomato soup, 5 onion rings and a handful of chips (that's being generous) and 2 coffee's, at that price tag I would of thought some butter on the bread a few crisps garnish on the sandwich would of been appropriate. Nice place but definitely run to make the biggest profit they can, shame really as it's a nice little cafe."

"Had a fantastic stay here The perfect base for Our walking trip in the Black Mountains. The staff were lovely and the room was very comfortable and incredibly clean ; really good value for money and parking was also available. We also really enjoyed the authentic Gurkha curry which We had in the restaurant. I will definitely be staying here again."

"in talgarth stayed a weekend for surprise birthday, went in the bridge end gasthof for a drink and found the renter was really helpful and friendly, even allowed the dog in. to eat again on Sunday night and everything was a really good choice on the menu and special table. everyone in there was so friendly, even made sure that the grandson had some things to play, would call again if in the opposite."

"This used to be a lovely garden centre, but now it has developed into a shopping mall, unfortunately the restaurant requires you to queue before you are allocated a seat, (is this a garden centre or a dining experience ? However the food choice is limited and not as good as it used to be, also the food/drink section is not as well stocked as it once was. They won 't miss my cust but I 'll go elsewhere in future. Disappointed"

"Atrocious Quality. Joe's Cafe at Bistro Prices with Poor Service Thrown In. We decied to give this place a try on our way home. On entereing it seemed pleasant enough. The young waiter attentive. We ordered our food Cod chips and peas, halumi fries, garlic mushrooms with garlic bread.Our food arrived.The very small piece of cod laid on top of the soggy chips.....when moved it revealed the fries were greasy, soggy, and so many black ones we refused to eat the dish. I want back to the bar, where the manager was sitting boozing with her chums, and asked if the waiter would comne and sicuss one of the dishes. He didn't.So I want again to the bar and explained the food was a disgrace. That the chef must have seen how afful the chips were, and that he really should be ashamed....the manager stiull tgere boozing with her chums did not get involved.We frefused the whole dish becuase if the chef would serve chips like that how confiudent would you be in the reat of his food?We got superficial apolgies, a refund on the dish rejected.It beggears belief that any chef would seve food like that.Simple dreadful.I took photos which when I get chance I will post."
