First visit to this pub...great atmosphere, lovely food , owners very friendly. Well worth a visit and we will definitely return.

We called by off chance at the Dawnay Arms on Saturday evening and was greeted by very friendly staff The food we had was Fantastic Best vegatable lasagne I have had the portions were plentiful and staff very attentative Thankyou for a lovely evening we will be back

I had a fantastic meal here after a disappointing experience at another restaurant earlier in the day. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The menu was impressive with a wide variety of options, leaving us spoiled for choice! The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. I definitely plan to return!

Called in tonight for dinner with partner and son, so pleased we did. It was curry night. All you can eat buffet, three types of curry, rice, chips Nan bread and popadoms. Five of us enjoyed a fantastic Sunday lunch. There was a generous selection of vegetables and a couple of Yorkshire puddings. My daughter chose the chicken goujons, while I went for the fish platter, which was excellent. They also had a great selection of beers. The atmosphere was really friendly, and it felt like good value for money. I'll definitely be returning!

We stumbled upon the Dawney Arms by chance, and we couldn't be happier about it. The food was exceptional. The staff member who served us was impeccable—very accommodating, efficient, helpful, and friendly. The landlady, who is also the chef, personally came to our table to ensure we were satisfied with our meals. I must say, this was one of the best pub meals we've had in a long time, and I highly recommend visiting this little gem. Wonderful experience!
