"St. David's Kitchen has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants and absolutely deserves a 5-star rating. The interior has been beautifully transformed, now brimming with character and local charm. The food is locally sourced and presented so creatively that it’s impossible not to be impressed. The meat is always cooked to perfection, and we especially love the sirloin and filet from the Welsh Black beef. St. David's Kitchen boasts the best selection of gins from local distilleries and has an outstanding team of employees. It's truly a remarkable and unforgettable place, whether you're stopping by for a drink or enjoying a special meal. "I regularly visit St Davids with my family and have been coming for many years. This cafe is situated within the tourist information centre and there is also a gift shop and an interesting gallery on site, well worth a visit in its own right. I suspect some seasonal visitors might not realise there is a cafe here as it is slightly further to walk from the town centre/cathedral than some other options, which would be a shame as this is probably the best place for brunch in St Davids. This cafe has its own parking or you can easily walk to it from the main town centre. Last week I came twice for brunch and again for coffee and cake with family members and friends, we were all very happy with our food each time we visited. Consistently well cooked and of high quality. The portion sizes are generous and the meat was good quality. There are vegetarian breakfast/brunch options available as well as options for children. There is outside seating if the weather is good and the cafe is dog friendly with plenty of toilets available in the cafe and outside and space for the kids to run round outside the cafe. I really enjoyed the avocado toast with poached eggs and also the lemon and blackcurrant cake. My partner enjoyed the full Welsh breakfast and kids enjoyed the pancakes. There is a selection of board games available. Can't wait for our next visit!"

"I recently visited Blas Restaurant for the first time. The hotel is quite impressive, especially the art. The staff, while pleasant, seemed to be lacking in organization. We were left waiting in the bar area for quite some time after placing our food and drink orders, even though the restaurant was not very busy. There seemed to be some disorganization, as the bar staff were missing, and another customer was unable to get the gin they wanted because the bottle was empty and had not been replaced. This is something that needs to be addressed for a hotel of this caliber. When the food finally arrived, it was nicely presented."

"I had a lovely lunch that included cauliflower and roasted paprika, salad, chips, and soft drinks. The menu has many more options, along with additional items listed on the board. There is convenient seating both inside and outside, and the service was excellent. The food was delicious, well-presented, and very affordable. I'll definitely be back. I highly recommend giving it a try!"
