Definitely the best dining experience we have ever had, the attention to detail in every aspect from the size of table, spacing of tables, staff professionalism at their job, quality of food served, Tom is a professional chef in everything he portray's in his business. Had a fantastic lunch here on the way to a long weekend nearby. All of the dishes were absolutely delicious and left feeling incredibly satisfied. Service was great, served at a good pace and didn't feel rushed even though we were the last customers of the sitting. Particular thanks to the restaurant manager who was great, made us feel valued rather than just another 2 covers which can be the way in some fine dining establishments. Really standout meal and will be back if we're in the area. A beautiful venue, tastefully and elegantly furnished with pleasing background music. Professional, observant staff who noticed when a glass needed filling be it with wine or water. Absolutely delicious food from the starter of complimentary bread and seasoned butters to the final mouthful.
