"After moving to Formby, Golden Bridge has become our go-to for takeaway since we haven't had the chance to dine in. Whether we prefer the comfort of our own home or simply weren't dressed up enough, the crispy aromatic duck ordered by Hayley was delicious. This dish, originally created by the Chinese in London Chinatown, has become a signature dish in many UK Chinese restaurants, based on the classic Peking duck. Our group also enjoyed the chicken sweet corn soup, but found the prawn sesame toast to be slightly undercooked and lacking Malaysian chili sauce. The yung chow fried rice I ordered was decent, reminding me of my days as a chef at China Joe in London as a teenager. Overall, Golden Bridge is likely the best Chinese restaurant in Formby, thanks to its owner."

This casual dining restaurant offers great food, including excellent sizzling steak, Cantonese dishes, and curry beef. The food is fresh and the staff is wonderful.

Went for the Wednesday night buffet and it was lovely. Food variety was great, staff would bring more out of you asked them and they were really friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Visited Sunday buffet.Cant fault the quality of the food it was outstanding and amazing value for money . Swift service with constant replenishment of food .More than enough choice. Several desserts but would be even better with ice cream ! .Thank you

eat and service very well, as per usual. pity people cannot control their children. 4 children were allowed to walk up and down, and a glass was broken. only then came an adult in the party to get the younger. the older children should be better known. I felt for the personal. well done to manage them, wait for tabs
