"This place occupies a site on the corner of the square on the main road through it, from the outside it doesnt look much but go inside and a veritable aladdins cave of pies and snacks of all descriptions and they are top of the class for taste and flavour besides being reasonably priced. We stayed in the area for a week and most days filled up here. The Steak Mince, Mince and Onions plus Pork Pies all went down a treat and they have a selection of cold meats and some take away snacks and meals. Not to be missed but word of caution, maybe not for slimmers !!!!!"

Steak slices are bang on,, decent size,full of steak and gravy and cheaper then Gregg's next door.. highly recommend.

Actually had a delivery for one of the staff members and thought I might aswell get a bite to eat whilst i’m there. All the staff were lovely and the pork pie was amazing

18. mai 2022: delicious cranbury, apple pork pie. I've tried a pork cake too. light crisp baked goods delicious fillings. many other cakes I can choose cannot wait to try them all.

Fantastic proper pies, lovely pork sandwiches and potatoes n trimmings, and a wide selection of very good quality meats, all reasonably priced. Don't go gregg's next door go here!!!

Bought pork pies on 6 March 2020. I hunt down pies so feel well placed to comment. I think these are really good solid pies with an excellent crust....which can vary each bake. Easily 4 star.

a real northern joy, cakes exalted with vinegar, pfeffer and a good wimper of gravur. with many seats in richmonds quintessentially north yorkshire marketplace, this is an unmistakable stop for a quick to an autumnal lunch break.
