"I visited this restaurant for the first time last Friday and I will definitely be back. The service was excellent, the meal type was dine-in, and the price per person was between £20-30. "We've spent £25 on 3 pizzas tonight (and that was using buy 1 get 1 half price deal). 20 minutes after ordering we received a phonecall saying there was no garlic paste which was no big deal, we changed from garlic and cheese bread to margharita pizza. An hour and a half later 2 pizzas arrived! I phoned immediately and was told they'd realised the margharita wasn't packed and would get sent out by another driver. It took 30 minutes to arrive. Overall the pizzas were not of the usual standard for jasmine pizzas. Chicken chasni one hardly had any sauce on the base. And the pepperoni pizzas and margharita were over cooked and dry."

"By 8:50 pm, there was still no sign of our food, so I called again, expressing my frustration at the delay. I was informed that the standard waiting time was an hour, but I pointed out that I had been told the food was in the car almost an hour ago. Another twenty minutes passed with no delivery, so I called one more time. The food finally arrived at 9:15 pm, almost two hours after placing the order. It was clear that the food had cooled off significantly during the long wait, so I sent it back. The restaurant offered to remake the meal or refund my payment, but I was disappointed in their lack of customer service. I was left with the cost of running my oven for two hours and ended up settling for a simple bowl of cereal for dinner. I had no interest in waiting any longer for another meal, especially since I suspected it would just be a reheated version of the original. I won't be ordering from this restaurant again."

"The meals from this restaurant used to be a delight, but my last two experiences were disappointing. The food was soggy, lacked flavor, and the quality was very poor. The service was acceptable, but the restaurant doesn't seem to have many customers anymore, making it easy to pre-order and pay through the app, then just walk in, pick it up, and leave. Unfortunately, I won't be returning, as the food was so unappetizing that it went straight into the trash. It's such a shame to see this place change so dramatically; I suspect new owners who may not have the skills of the previous ones and are possibly using lower-quality ingredients."
