It's local to us, never been disappointed , excellent service, polite staff and satisfying meals which there are plenty to choose from.

Coming as a couple on a Saturday evening, we were very disappointed. First, half of the meal menu was not available to order. The burger was overcooked and the sausage/mash was completely submerged in the sauce.

Popped in for some food and drinks with some family. Had such a warm welcome from Dan and the team, all happy and were so helpful with the food that we ordered. The food was lovely and hot and the pub was very clean. Thank you, see you again soon.

Been to the Pheasant lots of times now in the last few months. What started as a beer and a game of pool with some friends. We are now in regularly as the food is great the pool table is well looked after. The Staff are really friendly and help when my older friend Brian needs looking after. Great selection of beers too. I was greeted instantly as I walked through the door, was asked if I had a booking and was sat immediately. Food was excellent as usual, the server (Morgan) was extremely attentive to our needs. She was asking how our meal was and delivered extra sauces at our request instantly. I suggest you try the club sandwich or tuna melt as they were delicious!

We went to this restaurant, and right from the start, the experience was disappointing. Before even saying hello, the server's only concern was to ask us which table we were sitting at. It was impossible to ask any questions, as the only thing that seemed to matter to him was our table number. No hello, no thank you, no please, and not even a goodbye.Outside, I eventually ordered a cheeseburger. I'll let you see the photos, but the cheese and lettuce were simply non-existent. I’ve never eaten a burger as dry as this in my life. To be honest, I didn't even finish it because after just one bite, it felt like eating a burger that had been recooked four or five times. We came to the pheasant today for a roast for my husbands birthday which we booked online this morning.We arrived at 3.45 to be told no roasts!!My husband ordered the sirlion steak with peppercorn sauce.The lady that served us our meal was quite rude and miserable when i asked for my husbands peppercorn sauce.Her response was i didnt see it on the order,which i replied i paid for it!She came back with the sauce and said i was right!!!No apology and her customer service was shocking overall.We will not recommend The pheasant and we will not return again.My husband complained the steak was chewy and he left half of it,the reply was sorry about that!!There was no, we could give you a refund or...
