"The food was excellent, the setting was lovely, and the staff were friendly, creating a pleasant atmosphere. We visited on May 27, 2022, at 5:30 PM to avoid the Friday night rush. I ordered the mixed grill, which I absolutely loved and would highly recommend. My wife had the Tiger Prawn sizzle and enjoyed it just as much. They also offered a great selection of drinks; my wife particularly enjoyed the Lemon Gin with elderberry tonic. The only reason I'm giving this a 4 out of 5 stars is that I often had to wait at the bar to get someone’s attention for service, additional drinks, or to settle the bill, despite seeing three staff members behind the bar that evening."

I had a lovely meal at this restaurant. The staff and locals were very friendly. They hold live music evenings, and everyone was already in the Halloween spirit.

Fabulous meal. Beautifully presented. Plates warmed. Tasted like home cooking. Covid procedures excellent. To have your temperature taken was an added feeling of being safe

nice country pub. good selection of food, good priced, nicely cooked, well served. couple pints from local beer, white hexe, also very beautiful. my only slight criticism would be that it seemed somewhat under the season. better than overburdened. Visualizza piatti

We went here for the first time as staying in Oakham. Lovely pub excellent food staff were so friendly and helpful. We had lunch Friday dinner Saturday and Sunday lunch best roast in a long time. We will be back thank you Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We enjoyed a Sunday dinner at The Plough in Greetham after hearing positive feedback from friends. The lunch portions were generous, well-prepared, and reasonably priced. what a jewellery piece. with 7 months old puppies to stay in caravans and wanted to test with puppies eating. she was very welcome and we had sunday in the restaurant. nice, tasty eating. fantastic friendly staff and dogs everywhere. nothing too annoyed. we are looking forward to another meal on Tuesday, if hopefully pup is popped up as well. She makes us much more confident when she was on the road all year round when she got used to a really dog-friendly place. dogs more than welcome!
